Order Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Process:
Customers are allowed to cancel orders placed on https://fairshotinc.com within 5 working days after purchase.
To initiate a cancellation, customers must contact our support team at sales@fairshotinc.com and provide the order details.
2. Cancellation Fees:
Any order cancellation will incur a 15% administrative fee, exclusive of delivery charges.
This administrative fee covers processing costs and will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Refund Policy:
Upon order cancellation, customers are eligible for a refund fee of the total order amount, excluding the applicable administrative fee.
The refund will also be less the delivery fee charged by the shipping company.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the cancellation request is approved and acknowledged.
